We smoke our own salmon and serve it on a fried wonton and top it with dill sauce

Our own homemade sausages grilled and sliced. A variety of three types.

Cubed tomato, mozzarella, and basil mixture served on toasted rounds

Spinach Salad
Spinach and bacon tossed in balsamic vinaigrette and served with candied pecans and goat cheese

Salad Station
Guests will be able to choose their own salad combination at our salad station. A server, provided by McGee's, will be tossing the salads to order.

Crostini Bar
Toasted rounds, pita bread, and crackers served with a variety of dips and spreads such as: hummus, eggplant tapenade, roasted corn and tomato salsa, caprese salad, and olive tapenade.
Gourmet Cheese Platter
Baked Brie
Wrapped with brown sugar, glazed walnuts and wrapped in homemade puff pastry.
