Smoked Salmon with Dill Sauce

We smoke our own salmon and serve it on a fried wonton and top it with dill sauce

 

McGees Assorted Sausages

Our own homemade sausages grilled and sliced. A variety of three types.

 

Bruschetta

Cubed tomato, mozzarella, and basil mixture served on toasted rounds

 

BUFFET

 

Spinach Salad

Spinach and bacon tossed in balsamic vinaigrette and served with candied pecans and goat cheese

 

Classic Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce tossed in a caesar dressing with parmesan cheese and croutons

 

Seasonal Vegetable

 

Roasted Red Potatoes

Rubbed in herbs and olive oil

 

Tri-Tip

Classic Santa Maria style tri-tip barbecued to perfection and served with salsa fresca and tomatillo sauce on the side

 

Barbecued Chicken

Chicken quarters rubbed with chipotle and brown sugar and grilled.  Served with a sweet smoky chipotle chutney on the side.

Served with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and a dill sauce

 

Orzo Salad

Tossed with garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, red onions, black olives in a red wine vinaigrette with a hint of mint and basil.

Station #2

 

Chicken Kabobs

Grilled marinated chicken breast kabobs served with a variety of dips:  bbq sauce, chipotle honey glaze, salsa fresca, and tomatillo sauce.

 

Rice Pilaf

 

Pork Empanadas

Empanada dough filled a pork and olive filling. 

 

Station #3

 

Salad Station

Guests will be able to choose their own salad combination at our salad station. A server, provided by McGee's, will be tossing the salads to order. 

 

Station #4

 

Crostini Bar

Toasted rounds, pita bread, and crackers served with a variety of dips and spreads such as:  hummus, eggplant tapenade, roasted corn and tomato salsa, caprese salad, and olive tapenade.

 

Gourmet Cheese Platter

 

Baked Brie

Wrapped with brown sugar, glazed walnuts and wrapped in homemade puff pastry.
